I’m Erin.

I have Nonprofit Leadership in my DNA. 

As Executive Director of various small- and medium-sized organizations, I’ve seen and done it from all angles. I'm your executive toolkit - a doer, results-driven, mission-oriented, always seeking collaboration and consensus.

With over a decade of service and plenty of credentials, I specialize in navigating impact-driven organizations: NGOs, civic organizations, public service organizations and nonprofits through transition challenges and core mission growth. From managing programs and staff, to fundraising and planning, you name it.
